E-MoneyManager is extremely user friendly. Each account is subdivided into 2 main sections. The ‘Overview’ section gives you at-a-glance details of all the properties in the portfolio. Track current/past Rents and Tenancy contracts in various user-friendly formats. E-MoneyManager automatically works out overdue rents or expired contracts which it displays in red. Keep detailed records of your Portfolio including purchase price, ownership, mortgage etc and of your various Contacts. The Accountants Reports (of which there are 3 types) automatically apportions payments into the relevant tax year. For instance if your tax year is from April to April and a payment was made in July for a year, E-MoneyManager will allocate 9/12 for this year and the rest for the following year..........to find out more please visit the ‘tour’.

Monitor detailed tenants contact and contract information. Track Rent payments in detail. The ‘Automatic upload’ feature can automatically upload rental payments from your bank statements and even allocate the tenancy period that the payment refers to. Alternatively, you can use the user-friendly ‘manual’ upload. Organise your Expenses for each property and the accountants report will automatically allocate payments into the relevant year based on the period the payment is for.
